Single unit residential
Single unit residences shall be billed monthly as follows:
First 2,000 gallons (minimum) $11.75
From 2,000 – 10,000 gallons $5.10 per 1,000 gallons
All over 10,000 gallons $6.35 per 1,000 gallons

Sewer Rates

Single unit residential
Single unit residences shall be billed as follows:
First 2,000 gallons (minimum) $13
From 2,000 – 10,000 gallons $5.50 per 1,000 gallons
All over 10,000 gallons $6.75 per 1,000 gallons

Solid waste fee of $15 per unit

Multi-unit or commercial

The district shall charge the single unit residential rate
for water service for each unit

Out of district rates

The district shall charge monthly rates for customers who are
outside of the district’s boundaries at the rate of:
